Railway Empire - Seasonal Character Adjustments

Disclaimer: I do NOT own the original character designs, but I had the honor of adjusting the ingame characters of "RAILWAY EMPIRE" for seasonal events like christmas and halloween, as well as for some DLCs.
Same goes for the Background - Original Design is by Bruno Frasca, NOT by me. I only tweaked it a bit for Halloween and Christmas.
